November 2011

Contest: Create a caption for a photo from the 2010 Healthy Behaviors Conference. The picture of a yoga session during Morning Recess has been posted on our Facebook wall and in our Wall PhotosMake sure to "Like Us" on Facebook so you can leave a caption. Contest starts November 2, 2011 at 9am PST and ends November 28, 2011 at 5pm PST. Winner will be selected by the most creative caption.

Prize: The winner of this contest will win free admission to the screening of "Lunch Line" at the 2011 Healthy Behaviors Conference, December 8, 6:30-9:30pm.


October 2011

Contest: We have hidden a butterfly somewhere on our Healthy Behaviors Conference website. If you find the butterfly, send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to tell us where you saw it. You will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

Prize: Copy of Richard Louv's book "The Nature Principle"

 

September 2011

Contest: We want to here what new practices you are implementing this school year. Tell us on our Facebook wall something innovative or different you plan to do with your program or students to make your program excel.

Prize: diamond necklace from Zales

 

August 2011

Contest: Post a job opening on our Career Corner. Then let us know by posting the job update on our Facebook wall. Winner will be selected at random.

Prize: BOOST t-shirt and BOOST water bottle.


July 2011

Contest: Subscribe to our YouTube page. Tell us on our Facebook wall what your favorite video is.

Prize: Free registration to the 2011 Healthy Behaviors Conference (worth $325).


June 2011

Contest: Pick a training topic from our training menu that is most needed in your program and post it on our Facebook wall.

Prize: One random winner will receive the training of their choice (worth over $1,200).


May 2011

Contest: Post your favorite photo from the 2011 BOOST Conference on our Facebook wall.

Prize: BOOST Bundle: t-shirt, train-ing whistle, and water bottle.


April 2011

Contest: Make your Facebook profile picture “Peace Love BOOST” and post on our wall. Winner will be announced at the 2011 Conference.

Prize: A horse and carriage ride through Downtown Palm Springs and a gift certificate to a local Palm Springs restaurant.


March 2011

Contest: Share your favorite memories from a BOOST Conference on our Facebook wall. East post will enter you into a raffle.

Prize: An autographed copy of “Rethinking Homework: Best Practices That Support Diverse Needs” by Dr. Cathy Vatterott aka The Homework Lady


February 2011

Contest: Solve that Anagram! We will be posting a secret phrase on our Facebook wall for everyone to solve. Rearrange the letters in our phrase to create three words that are near and dear to the BOOST Collaborative.

Prize: Guitar Hero for Nintendo Wii


January 2011

Contest: Visit our Gear Shop photo album on our Facebook page, find your favorite item and tag yourself.

Prize: One lucky person tagged in a Gear Shop photo will be randomly selected to win that item.

November 2010

Contest: Share an Activity! Share your best Thanksgiving inspired youth activity on our Facebook page. It can be anything from arts to STEM based, or physical activity to literacy based.

Prize: BOOST t-shirt and Train-ing whistle


October 2010

Contest: Find the Pumpkin! In the spirit of Autumn, BOOST will be having a contest on our Facebook page to find the pumpkin on one of our websites.

Prize: BOOST gear
