REFUND POLICY
All BOOST Conference purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. BOOST Collaborative is unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any event purchases. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY REGISTRATIONS, PURCHASES, etc., ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees are not able to cancel BOOST Conference registration. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REVERSIBLE. Please note we are unable to make exceptions for emergencies, extreme weather, pandemics, natural disasters, or labor strikes. However, you may send someone in the attendee’s place, subject to our Terms and Conditions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PURCHASES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitor(s), Sponsors(s), and all registered participants who do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee.
Deadline for Booth Purchase & Payment
The deadline to reserve and pay for a booth at the 2024 BOOST Conference is March 31, 2024*. Check Payments and Purchase Orders must be received by March 31, 2024, or booth space may be forfeited. Once registered, all payments are due within 30 days and no later than March 31, 2024.
*Exhibitors who do not pay by this deadline will not be advertised in any form of conference marketing including but not limited to website and social media promotions & on-site promotions or highlighted in the final conference brochure. You will not be allowed to move into the Exhibit Hall until payment is made in full.
Deadline to Change an Exhibitor Name
In the event that you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please log in to our registration website to access your Online Customer Account and change the attending Exhibitor's information. In the event that you do not know your password, you can reset your password. The deadline to submit changes is March 31, 2024.
Follow these easy steps below to change an attending Exhibitor's information:
- Click here to access our registration website. Log in to your Online Customer Account.
- Select Dashboard on the top right.
- Under Manage Participant Registrations, select the Go To Registration Button under the name you would like to update.
- Update the desired information and follow the prompts at the bottom of the page.
- You will now see the updated participant’s name from the Dashboard.

A certificate of liability insurance is a required document that you will need to provide to BOOST Collaborative by March 31, 2024. The document will need to include the following information:
