Super Early-Bird Registration
April 30, 2025 - June 30, 2025 - $600 per person
Please note that registering with a Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by July 31, 2025, to secure the Super Early-Bird Registration Rate. If payment is not received by July 31, 2025, Standard Registration fees will apply.

Early-Bird Registration (July 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025) - $630 per person 
Please note that registering with a Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by November 30, 2025, to secure the Early-Bird Registration rate. If payment is not received by November 30, 2025, Standard Registration fees will apply.

Standard Registration (November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026) - $660 per person 
Please note that registering with a Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL within 45 days of the Standard Registration purchase date to secure the Standard Registration rate. If you register within 45 days of the conference, all payments must be received no later than April 29, 2026, at 11:00am PST or On-Site Registration fees will apply.

Late-Bird Registration (April 1, 2026 - April 15, 2026) - $725 per person 
Please note that registering with a Purchase Order will hold your place, but PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL by April 29, 2026, to secure the Late-Bird Registration rate. If payment is not received by April 29, 2026, at 11:00am PST, On-Site Registration fees will apply.

On-Site Registration (April 28 – May 1, 2026) - $800 per person 
On-site registration will be available for walk-in participants April 28 - May 1, 2026, in the lobby of the Palm Springs Convention Center. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL at the time of registration.

Due Date to Change/Update an Attendee Name

In the event that you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please login to your online registration account and change the attendee(s) information. In the event that you do not know your password, you can reset your password. The due date to submit attendee changes is April 15, 2026.

Follow these easy steps below to change an attendee's information:

• Log on to your online account using your email address and password
• Select Dashboard on the top right next to the account holder’s name
• Select the desired attendee’s name under Manage Registration
• Update the attendee’s information and follow the prompts at the bottom of the page to complete your update
